Based on your specific situation and challenges we will put together an individualized treatment plan that identifies an initial level and frequency of care for you.
Your treatment team will continually assess your progress in our outpatient program, adjust your care plan accordingly, and develop post-treatment recommendations to guide and support your ongoing recovery from addiction.
